Fabulous Cocktail Party Pleasers
In this hands-on course, you will learn how to create small appetizers, canapes & hors d’oeuvres, amuse bouche. We will also make some dips and display items like cheese displays and charcuterie board. We will also discuss how to display and serve the items we have prepared.

Pasta Party CIAO!
In the hands-on pasta making lab, we make traditional pasta dough by hand. We will create a variety of hand shaped pastas like tortellini, garganelli, farfalle. We will also make some filled pasta like tortellini and ravioli. We will use some different pieces of equipment to cut pasta noodles from our rolled dough like a chitarra and mixer attachment cutter.
The pasta we prepare will then be paired with accompanying sauces.
