Transcripts
Your transcript is the official, permanent record of all the courses you have taken while attending Bucks County Community College. In accordance with the Public Information Act and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974, as amended, student academic records are classified as confidential and may be released only with the student's written authorization and signature. No one else (including your spouse, parent, family member, friend, employer, etc.) can request your transcript, as your written permission is required by law.
Bucks students can request an official copy of their transcript be sent to any college or university, employer, any specific address, by visiting bucks.edu/transcripts. Current students can obtain an unofficial copy of their transcript through their MyBucks Self-Service through Summer 2025 and in their Workday student account beginning Fall 2025.
There is a $7 fee for transcript requests. The Official Transcript Request Fee must be paid at the time of the request, or the request will not be processed. Transcripts, official and unofficial, will not be released if a student has an outstanding financial obligation to the college.
Bucks students can review their grades through MyBucks Self Service through Summer 2025 and in their Workday student account beginning Fall 2025.
