- Students continue to rotate through the prehospital and hospital settings to gain experience in assessing and treating patients at a higher level of responsibility.

Course Learning Goals
Students will:
- Integrate pathophysiological principles of medical and trauma patients and the assessment findings to formulate a field impression and implement an appropriate treatment algorithm;
- Demonstrate expected professional attitudes and attributes of paramedics;
- Work as a functioning member of the prehospital team; and
- Continue primary and secondary assessments and apply appropriate interventions.
