Course Learning Goals
Students will:
- Summarize the anatomical and physiological principles that govern the bodies of animals;
- Identify major organ systems and their functions;
- Demonstrate practical laboratory skills, including the ability to use microscopes, perform dissections, and conduct experiments related to anatomy and physiology;
- Integrate anatomical and physiological concepts across multiple animal organ systems; and
- Explain how various systems work together to maintain homeostasis and respond to external stimuli.
