Placement Testing Schedule

Placement (Assessment) Testing is available on all three Bucks campuses at the dates and times listed below. Appointments are not necessary.  Testing schedules vary between campuses and may change over the summer. Up-to-date testing schedules are always published on this web page, and are available by phone at 215-968-8460.

A Bucks Student User Name or a Bucks Student ID Number, and a form of photo identification are required to test. Underage students without photo identification should contact the Director of Testing at 215-968-8466.

Chemistry Placement Testing
Available at all Placement Testing locations and times shown above.

The Chemistry Placement Test is only required to take CHEM121. The test is un-timed. A calculator and a copy of the Periodic Table are provided by the Test Center.  A photo ID and a Bucks student number are required to test. After testing, students should contact the Chemistry Department, at 215-968-8350, for their test results.

English as a Second Language (ESL) Placement Testing
Available at all Placement Testing locations and times shown above.

ESL Placement Testing includes tests in Reading, Writing, and Grammar, followed by an oral interview. Testing takes 2.5 to 3 hours.   A photo ID and a Bucks student number are required to test.  After testing, ESL students must contact Sherry Eichert, at 215-968-8018, to review their test results and for information on advising and registering for classes.
