Bucks County Community College's Artmobile has brought innovative exhibitions and provided quality art programming to the school children of Bucks County for thirty years. Artmobile is appropriate for all grade levels and is accessible to individuals with mobility constraints.

It's easy to have Artmobile at your site!

To request a visit:

Be sure your site can accommodate Artmobile. The museum is housed in a 48' semi trailer. It requires an area of at least 60' x 20' that is within 100' of a suitable power source. In addition, the driver must have ample space in which to maneuver his vehicle.

Complete and submit a Visit Request Form. To ensure fairness, requests will be honored on a first come, first served basis.

The charge of your Artmobile visit is based on the number of days Artmobile is open at your site. For a visit of up to two days, the cost is $500. Each additional day is $100. Payment is required only after dates have been verbally confirmed and your institution has received a signed contract from Artmobile. Remember, your fee covers only a portion of the cost to bring Artmobile to you. Major funding for Artmobile is provided by Bucks County Community College and the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts.

After the dates of your visit have been confirmed, you will receive a contract from Artmobile. View a Sample School Contract or Sample Public Site Contract.

After you receive your contract please:

Complete and submit a Class Schedule using the template provided.
Complete and submit a Parking Map using the template provided.
Give your electrician the Electrical Hook-up Form.

After Artmobile's visit to your location please:

Complete and submit an Evaluation Form.
