Massage for Couples

Great for the holidays! Learn how to relieve tension and stress, give each other the gift of therapeutic massage! In each class we will go over information that will make the massage experience beneficial and relaxing for the giver as well as the receiver, and how to protect your hands from getting tired. Wear comfortable clothing/bring gym shorts/ladies bring a low back or 2-piece swimsuit. Bring a mat or blanket, water to drink, 2 pillows, and a sheet for draping. Bring your partner or a friend!

Yoga Relaxation

Learn to soothe away your cares through breathing, meditation and more. The whole program will teach you to focus on the relaxation side of Yoga rather than the workout side. You will learn how to find inner peace in this fast-paced world using specific breathing techniques designed to relieve stress. Students of all levels are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat (preferably) or a towel and wear comfortable clothing.

Holistic Living and Stress Management

Honor the integration, balance, and harmony of mind, body, spirit and emotions for optimal wellbeing. This holistic course will help you to manage your stress, gain positive self-esteem, and learn to live your life for maximal health. Each class will focus on different techniques, such as music therapy, art therapy, meditation, and journal writing, to help you discover coping skills and achieve inner peace.

Unleash a More Wonder-full You

This light-hearted, joyful workshop teaches you to become aware of the wise messages your body gives you, so you may affect positive change, personal growth, and healing. Learn how "stuck" places in your body relate to feeling stuck in your life, and how to free yourself to be a more vibrant, playful, and creative you. We will connect to and stimulate your creative "center" with a series of lively, fun, imaginative activities including improvisational games, roleplays, and dance! Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, beach towel or blanket for floor work.

Dance the Night Away!

Put some fun and exercise in your life, learn to DANCE! My easy dance technique will soon help you master the basic to intermediate movements of these popular dances. You will learn how to hold your partner, lead and follow steps, and dance with the music. In no time at all, you'll be dancing the night away!
