Transfer from Foreign Universities
If you attended a foreign university, and are interested in having your previous coursework evaluated for potential transfer credit, it is your responsibility to have the transcript translated by one of the approved evaluation agencies for foreign transcripts.
- The approved evaluation agency must mail your translated evaluation directly to the Office of Admissions in order to be considered an official document.
- Photocopies and/or opened copies turned in by the student will not be evaluated for potential transfer credit.
Next, submit a Transcript Evaluation Request Form for the semester in which you are enterring the College.

This form may also be useful in the transfer process:
- Substitution of Graduation Requirements Form : Use this form to request that the courses that have already transferred in to BCCC from an outside sourse be used to satisfy areas other than that which they are currently satisifying. (For example, if you have a course that transferred in with a 999 classification, and you want to see if it can be counted as a direct equivalency to a coure needed to complete your BCCC major, this form would be used to request this change).
